I am so thankful for Robert! He is friendly, professional, and helpful. His customer service is second to none. He goes above and beyond and he always takes good care of us when we need maintenance on our car. Today, I got a new tire and had the oil changed. It doesn't matter what you need, Robert and his team will take care of it and they will make sure you are pleased with their work. I love doing business with them and I highly recommend them!

The manager at the downtown Baton Rouge store was wonderful. My vehicle was being towed to his location because of a problem that I had experienced with it, reared it's ugly head again. The downtown Baton Rouge store was closed when my vehicle arrived, but to my surprise the manager was still on site. He was waiting for me to show up. And he was not aware, at this time, about my experience along the way. I did tell him about my misgivings and he and his team provided an extra measure of focus on my vehicle. The store manager went above and beyond to offer guidance on lodging and transportation. I appreciate all of his help as I was literally traveling across the country.

Terrible service. I specifically asked for a certain tire brand and model, and I was told they had it in stock. Based on that information, I paid for the tire and the installation. After the installation was completed, I checked my vehicle and discovered that they had installed a completely different tire. Only then did they tell me, “Sorry, we don’t actually have the tire you requested.” At that point, I had already paid and the tire was already on my vehicle. I asked them either to refund me or replace it with the tire I originally ordered, but they refused to do either. I spent about 30 minutes trying to resolve the issue, but they would not take responsibility for their mistake. Instead of providing the product I purchased, they installed whatever tire they had available and expected me to accept it. This is dishonest business practice and extremely poor customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Johnathon and Mr reed were amazing today! They got me in and out in such good time. My tire was patched and now I can get home safe. Super thankful!
